XLPE Insulated PVC Sheathed Non-armored Power Cable is composed of a T1R copper conductor , XLPE insulation and PVC sheath.


Conductor: Copper or Aluminium conductor , round standed or Shaped, Class 2 to IEC 60228

and GB/T 3956-2008, For cross-section area is not more than 6mm2, a solid round

conductor may be used, Class 1 to IEC 60228 and GB/T 3956-2008.

Insulation: Insulation thickness, material property shall be as per IEC 60502 and GB/T 12706.


Core Colour: 1 core: red or yellow or green or blue or black

2 cores: red, blue or red, black

3 cores: yellow, green, red or red, yellow, blue

4 cores: yellow, green, red, blue or red, yellow, blue, black

5 cores: yellow, green, red, blue, black or red, yellow, blue, black, green

Above 5 coes: white cores with black number or

Outer sheath: Sheath thickness, material property shall be as per IEC 60502 and GB/T 12706.

Flame-retradant cable: Flame-retardant PVC outer sheath material shall be used. The flame retardant grades can be classified into three categories: Bunch A, B, and C.

Fire-resistance cable: Two layer of Mica tape shall be wound around the conductor.

Product Application

Precautions

The long-term operating temperature of the cable must not exceed 90º C.

During a short circuit, the maximum temperature of the cable must not exceed 250º C.

Cables must not be used beyond the rated voltage.

This type of cable cannot be directly buried underground for use.

Single-core cables cannot be directly placed in magnetic metal pipes or in cable trays with covers.

The cables must not be used beyond the rated voltage.
