We focus on the upgrading and iteration of our production equipment, introducing a number of advanced domestic and international machines. These devices cover the entire process of wire and cable production, from conductor processing to insulation extrusion, from online testing to finished product molding.
Among the equipment imported from abroad, there is one 35kV high-speed CCV production line from MAILLEFER of Finland, and two sets of online testing deviation meters from SIKORA of Germany. The former improves the production efficiency of high-voltage cables, while the latter ensures product accuracy during the production process.
Advanced domestic equipment also plays an important role. Beida Group has purchased more than 110 sets of equipment from well-known domestic manufacturers, including two 35kV Nanjing Yigong CCV production lines and two 3150 stranding machines. These devices are adapted to the production needs of the domestic market and offer outstanding cost-effectiveness.
For the production of flexible mineral insulated cables, we have specially equipped one argon arc welding production line, one interlocking armoring machine, and one mineral insulated cable fire-resistant layer extruder. Complementary equipment such as stranding machines, tubular stranding machines, single twisting machines, and taping machines further complete the production chain.
Extrusion equipment is one of the key pieces of equipment in wire and cable production. Beida Group owns two sets of 200-type and 150-type extruders, as well as more than 20 sets of 90, 80, 70 and smaller extruders, which can meet the extrusion needs of insulation and sheath layers of different specifications of wires and cables.
