LSOH Control Cable without Armour 450/750V is mainly composed of a T1R copper conductor , PVC insulation and PVC sheath.

Conductor: Copper conductor , round standed or Shaped, Class 1,Class 2 to GB/T 3956, IEC 60228

Insulation: Insulation thickness, XLPE material property shall be as per GB/T 9330.

Core Colour: 2 cores: blue, brown or black

3 cores: green/yellow, blue, brown or blue, black, brown

4 cores: green/yellow, blue, black, brown or blue, black, brown, grey

5 cores: green/yellow, blue, black, brown, grey or blue, black, brown, grey, black

Above 5 coes: black cores with white number or white cores with black number

Outer sheath: Sheath thickness, PVC material property shall be as per GB/T 9330.

Flame-retradant cable: Flame-retardant PVC outer sheath material shall be used. The flame retardant grades can be classified into three categories: Bunch A, B, and C.

Fire-resistance cable: Two layer of Mica tape shall be wound around the conductor.

Performance parameter

The rated voltage of this product is 450/750 V. In terms of test voltage, the power frequency test voltage is set at 3 kV, and the test must be conducted continuously for 5 minutes, ensuring no breakdown occurs during this process.


Conductors have a clearly defined operating temperature limit, with a maximum operating temperature of 70 ºC; however, in the event of a short circuit, the temperature can rise to +160ºC. The resistance of conductors also strictly adheres to relevant standards, meeting the requirements for Type 1, Type 2, and Type 5 copper conductors as specified in the GB/T 3956 - 2008 standard.


Regarding flame retardant performance, it can be customized according to specific customer needs, meeting the requirements of Class A, Class B, and Class C bunched cables respectively, and the testing method complies with IEC 60332 or GB/T 18380 standards.


In terms of fire resistance, LSOH Control Cable without Armour 450/750V also performs exceptionally well, capable of sustaining combustion in a 750ºC flame for 90 minutes without experiencing short circuits or disconnections. The testing method adheres to the IEC 60331 or GB/T 19216 standards.
